How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a valid warranty claim, you must:
Return the product to the original place of purchase or contact vivian@seange.com at with proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation showing the purchase date).
Provide additional information if requested by Seange to process your claim.
Note: You are responsible for all shipping and related costs incurred when returning the product to us for a warranty claim.
Before submitting a claim, please review our warranty details and care instructions available on our website or in your product manual.
Warranty Coverage
Seange toolkits are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for 1 month from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
If your claim is approved and no exclusions apply, Seange will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective toolkit and cover the return shipping costs to you.
Repairs under warranty must be performed by an authorized Seange service provider. Contact us at for a list of approved providers.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Damage due to misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.
Normal wear and tear from regular use.
Products modified or repaired by unauthorized parties.
Returns
Seange may, at its sole discretion, accept returns of unused toolkits in their original, resalable condition, subject to any conditions we specify.
To request a return, contact us at within 30 days of purchase with your order details.
You are responsible for all transportation and freight costs associated with returning the product to Seange, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Freight
You are responsible for all shipping costs when returning products to Seange, unless otherwise stated in our terms or if the return is due to a warranty-covered defect.
Delivery of replacement or repaired items to your nominated address will be covered by Seange for valid warranty claims.
